Processing times

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

• You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.

Shipping options & rates

• Domestic: Standard (3–6 business days) and Expedited (2–3 business days). Rates shown at checkout.

• International: Transit times vary by destination. Duties/taxes may be collected by your local carrier and are not included at checkout.

Order changes & address edits
If you need to update your address or cancel, email hello@bossladienaturals.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing begins.

Tracking & delivery issues

• Marked “delivered” but not received? Check with neighbors/building management; then contact the carrier.

• Lost or damaged in transit? Email orders@bossladienaturals.com with your order number and photos (if damaged) within 7 days of delivery.
