Return window

• Unopened/unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

• Opened or gently tested items: eligible for store credit within 30 days (to support hygiene & safety).

Non-returnable items

• Final-sale items, gift cards, and samples.

• Heavily used items or products with missing components.

How to start a return

1. Email orders@bossladienaturals.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. We’ll send a prepaid label (domestic). Return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

3. Allow 5–10 business days after receipt for inspection and processing.

Exchanges
Want a different item? Start a return, then place a new order for the product you’d like.

Allergy & sensitivity
We use plant-based ingredients. Patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Reach out to hello@bossladienaturals.com for help choosing the right formula.
